We are seeking a data-driven commercial professional to join our RFID and Digital Solutions business. Moving beyond traditional account management, this role focuses on a strategic, insight-led approach to accelerate adoption and scale value across complex customer ecosystems.
You will translate technical usage and commercial trends into actionable insights, pivoting customers from pilot phases into enterprise-wide, long-term digital partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Adoption
Analyze RFID adoption and usage across sites, SKUs, and applications to identify expansion opportunities.
Lead customers through the transition from limited deployments to enterprise-scale programs.
Develop data-backed recommendations that position RFID as a value-driving business solution.
Commercial Analytics & Insights
Track sales performance, deployment metrics (read rates, exception rates), and customer ROI indicators.
Identify and mitigate churn risks or stalled deployments through proactive data monitoring.
Build dashboards and reporting tools to support account prioritization and opportunity sizing.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
Equip Sales and Account Managers with customer-specific insights for executive-level reviews.
Support value-based selling by quantifying operational, inventory, and loss-prevention benefits.
Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to align commercial insights with technical roadmaps.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in RFID, SaaS, IoT, or complex B2B technology-enabled solutions.
Technical: Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP).
Communication: Proven ability to influence both technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with smart labels, traceability, or supply chain visibility.
Familiarity with retail, logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing use cases.
Background in sales enablement or commercial strategy.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have successfully progressed customers from pilot to multi-site deployments, provided clear visibility into adoption health, and established our firm as a vital digital transformation partner rather than just a technology vendor.
The salary range for this position is $86,650 - $110,200 / year.
