This role offers the opportunity to drive significant growth within large, complex enterprise accounts, shaping the way strategic technology solutions are adopted across organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior technical and business leaders, managing multi-year sales cycles and delivering high-impact outcomes. The position blends relationship management, strategic account planning, and enterprise deal execution in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence product strategy and ensure alignment with customer priorities. Accountabilities:
Own and execute end-to-end sales strategy for a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
Drive new logo acquisition and expansion within large, complex organizations.
Lead executive-level discovery and presentations with C-suite and senior stakeholders across IT, RevOps, and Platform teams.
Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and enterprise procurement processes to close multi-year deals.
Position solutions as mission-critical platforms tied to governance, scale, and AI-readiness.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership to develop deal strategies and multi-year account plans.
Maintain accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and provide actionable customer insights internally.
Requirements:
10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within the Salesforce ecosystem or system integrators.
Proven success in closing large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate value at the C-suite level.
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes.
Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, deal mechanics, and stakeholder management.
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, category-defining startup environment.
Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills.
