Primary responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
3. Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of inventory.
4. Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
5. Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant metrics.
6. Collaborate with operations teams to forecast inventory needs and optimize inventory levels.
7. Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
8. Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Experience in store management, accounting, or related fields.
• Hospitality experience advantageous, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reporting, and inventory records.

International exposure will be considered a plus. You must speak English. Additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French and German, are a benefit. We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, ethnicities and religions.  

Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity.
