As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring exceptional customer service standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize product placement
  • Oversee daily store operations, including cash management, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to build a skilled and efficient team
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
  • Manage store budgets, control expenses, and collaborate with regional management to implement company-wide initiatives

45000-55000 yearly

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in retail management, preferably in a similar store environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional shopping experiences
  • Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory management and loss prevention techniques
  • Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and P&L responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and senior management
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
