As the face of our stores, you'll treat each location as your own, driving excellence and creating outstanding one-stop-shop experiences for our customers. Your leadership will turn innovative ideas into reality, ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. 

 

As a Store Manager, You Will

  • Lead with Excellence: Coach and motivate your team to achieve everyday excellence.

  • Drive Performance: Focus on profitability while managing costs, expenses, and waste.  
  • Balance Priorities: Navigate a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment with skill and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service management experience  
  • Computer Literacy and understanding of P&L’s 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills  
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights and weekends 
  • Commitment to workplace safety and hygiene
