We’re launching a brand-new convenience store, and we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Store Manager to take the reins and make it a local favourite from day one.

The Role

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

• Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.

• Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising and promotions.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
