Flagship Store Manager:

As our Flagship Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the brand, leading an incredible team to deliver unforgettable experiences and crush ambitious goals.
 
This is your chance to lead our flagship store in New York City’s most iconic neighborhood. Known for its world-class shopping, luxury boutiques, and one-of-a-kind vintage finds, SoHo is the heartbeat of fashion. And Reformation Soho? It’s where it all happens.
 
Reporting to the District Manager, you’ll be empowered to elevate every detail, from how we engage with customers to how we represent the future of conscious fashion.
 
This isn’t just another retail role. It’s your opportunity to lead a Reformation flagship store, where purpose meets performance and your leadership sets the tone for the future of sustainable style.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the business. Drive sales, hit goals, and lead the store with heart while balancing budgets and performance.
  • Lead the floor with energy and intention, delivering a world-class, customer-first experience that turns every visit into a Ref moment for our customers.Inspire and coach your team throughout the day to develop talent, celebrate wins, and level up performance through feedback and recognition.
  • Set the standard for service and empower your team to exceed expectations, personalize every interaction, and make sustainability feel effortless.
  • Manage performance positively to identify sales and service improvements, create learning moments and opportunities and drive accountability to achieve results.
  • Partner with our corporate and support teams to share product insights and influence business decisions.
  • Keep operations on point from visual presentation and inventory accuracy to scheduling and loss prevention.
  • Build a culture of connection where the team feels motivated, supported, and proud to represent the Reformation brand.
  • Keep the Soho flagship buzzing with Ref style and sustainability, creating unforgettable experiences.

What you’ll bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years Retail Experience required. 
  • Minimum of 10 years Retail Management Experience required. 
  • Experience working with a sales or retail organization and/or operationally intensive business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross functional team environment setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
  • The drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for continuous personal and team development.
  • The ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.
  • Ability to set the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial sense of urgency and ability to prioritize important work.
  • A keen eye for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with open availability across a full 7 day work week.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays) with a passion to do what it takes to meet business needs.
  • Understanding of retail labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strategic ability to schedule the right team at the right time.
  • Experience with Google tools like gmail, drive and sheets (because that's where most of our work is done).

Compensation:

The wage for this full-time position starts at $100,000 - $125,000 per year.
