Store Manager and Automotive Technicians

Automotive Store Manager:

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience. This role includes a lucrative monthly bonus program on profitable sales. In addition, we have monthly sales contest!

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales performance and maximize product knowledge
• Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
• Oversee technical aspects and assist with services/repairs
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Build customer relationships and address all customer needs
• Maintain technical proficiency through required training

Automotive Technician:

Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour. Based on experience. $26 - $35Flat Rate. 

• Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and identify required repairs
• Complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process on every customer vehicle
• Assist in inventory management and general store duties
• Perform services in accordance with Monro's safety standards and procedures
• Test drive vehicles following company policy and local traffic laws
• Maintain technical knowledge through required Monro University training
• Operate and maintain equipment safely according to manufacturer guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Automotive Store Manager:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
• Proven leadership experience in retail/sales environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage finances, drive results, and control costs
• Excellent communication, customer service, and team development skills
• Physical ability to perform duties in an automotive shop environment

Automotive Technician:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with automotive training or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
• ASE certification and State Inspection license (where applicable) preferred
• Basic set of tools or willingness to participate in {NAME}'s tool purchase program
