Storage Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Administrator to join our team in supporting government cloud infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing diverse storage environments at an enterprise scale, as well as strong experience with performance optimization strategies and toolkits.   

As a Storage Administrator you will: 

  • Manage enterprise storage environments, optimizing performance for IBM GPFS and Cisco UCS storage arrays. 
  • Implement and maintain backup solutions, ensuring alignment with disaster recovery plans. 
  • Automate storage provisioning and management using Ansible. 
  • Monitor storage performance, capacity planning, and fault resolution. 
  • Ensure integration of storage infrastructure with enterprise monitoring and incident response platforms. 
  • Support IT Lab testing for storage optimization and cloud migration strategies. 
  • Enforce data retention policies, compliance standards, and disaster recovery best practices. 

Requirements

  • Storage administration experience (IBM GPFS, Cisco UCS). 
  • Automation with Ansible. 
  • Backup and disaster recovery planning. 
  • 3+ years of experience in similar roles 
  • US Citizenship Required
