The Mission

The Stock Coordinator supports ICEYE’s Stock Management team by ensuring efficient, traceable, and accurate flow of materials between storage and production. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys warehouse operations, values precision, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

You will work closely with the Stock Management Specialists, Quality, and Production teams to maintain order accuracy, support kitting, and contribute to ICEYE’s mission of reliable satellite manufacturing.

Expected Outcomes & Requirements

Materials always flow to production accurately and on time.

  • All kitted orders are complete, error-free, and delivered when needed by Production and Integration.
  • No delays caused by missing, mislabeled, or incorrectly picked items.

Inventory accuracy is consistently high and fully traceable.

  • Stock levels, serial numbers, and material movements match ERP data with near-zero discrepancies
  • All received, issued, and transferred items are documented correctly.

Warehouse and controlled environments meet operational and quality standards.

  • Storage, EPA, and cleanroom areas handling comply with ICEYE’s requirements at all times
  • Regular audits show proper organization, labeling, cleanliness, and material segregation.

Non-conformance handling supports fast root-cause resolution.

  • Deviations are identified early, documented accurately, and moved through the process without bottlenecks.
  • Quality and Stock Management can rely on clear, timely traceability for investigations.

Continuous improvement in stock handling and kitting efficiency.

  • Layout, labeling, kitting flow, and material movement processes improve over time through practical lean ideas.
  • Measurable reductions in wasted time, unnecessary movements, and picking errors

Requirements

Warehouse & materials handling expertise

  • Ability to execute receiving, labeling, storage, kitting, and material transfers with accuracy and speed.

Inventory control & ERP proficiency

  • Skilled in updating and maintaining inventory data, work orders, and traceability records in ERP/manufacturing systems.

Quality and documentation discipline

  • Understands material traceability, non-conformance flows, documentation standards, and the importance of zero-error data.

ESD, cleanroom, and handling compliance

  • Applies correct procedures when working in controlled environments and with sensitive hardware.

Lean / continuous improvement mindset

  • Identifies inefficiencies and contributes practical ideas to streamline layout, labeling, and material-flow processes.
