We're hiring a State Key Account Manager - Liquor to join our Australian sales team based in Brisbane.

Australia Context:

Fever-Tree has been available in Australia since 2013. We are sold in most major channels and customers across the on-trade, national liquor banners, as well as Woolworths, Coles and Harris Farm supermarkets. We are proud that the Australian Liquor industry has recognised Fever-Tree as Australia’s best mixer 8 years in a row at their annual awards. We were also awarded the Drinks International best-selling and top trending tonic water by the world’s best bars for the eighth year in a row!  


The On-Premise Channel represents a strategically important opportunity for Fever-Tree to build brand awareness amongst consumers whilst increasing profitability for venues. 89% of premium spirit and mixer drinkers say the brand of mixer is important to them and 91% of spirit drinkers prefer their mixer to come fresh from a bottle. While these insights are compelling, we have less than 250 High and Medium Volume accounts across the Australian on-premises market. There is much to be done!  


Role Overview:

The State Key Account Manager - Liquor role is an integral part of the Fever-Tree Australia team and will be tasked with growing sales, distribution and visibility of the Fever-Tree trademark in on premise venues. Reporting to the Head of On Premise, this role is well suited to someone who enjoys a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 


This role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders and build trusted, mutually beneficial partnerships with both new and existing accounts to deliver best in class execution and engagement and exceed business targets.  


Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and distribution in your territory by leveraging brand insights and selling commercial benefits
  • Win the hearts and minds of existing and new customers by selling the Fever-Tree brand and category story
  • Maintain a regular call cycle for existing customers with a strong focus on hunting for new business
  • Build visibility of our brands through increased availability and market leading execution
  • Be confident and comfortable connecting with gastronomic industry experts
  • Educate bar staff and key stakeholders to build product knowledge and drive engagement
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Head Of Marketing & Head of Strategy.
  • Participation in industry and customer events

  • Customer Centric
  • Have an ability to emotionally influence key hospitality industry participants by selling the brand and category story
  • Experience in the alcohol/mixer category is beneficial
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, results-oriented business
  • Must be able to work in a business that is rapidly evolving and growing
