Develop solutions for sales networks and order handling processes using Salesforce, focusing on modeling and implementing sales processes and platform development.
Tworzenie rozwiązań dla sieci sprzedaży oraz procesów obsługi zleceń i zapytań realizowanych przez zespoły Middle i BackOffice, z wykorzystaniem systemu Salesforce. Projekt będzie obejmował modelowanie i wdrażanie procesów sprzedażowych (onboarding, pipeline, ofertowanie, akwizycja, scoring), a także rozwój platformy OneDesk – w tym budowę mechanizmu NBA (Next Best Action), widoku 360° klienta oraz modułu do zarządzania zadaniami.
