We're looking for friendly individuals to take on the essential role of polishing miscellaneous stainless steel parts to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. In this position, you'll be working with small pneumatic tools to sand and polish, using our specially formulated compounds to get rid of any imperfections. We value attention to detail and a dedication to producing exceptional work!
Enjoy a competitive pay of $18.00 per hour for 1st shift and a 4% shift differential for 2nd shift!
Requirements
• Ensure you wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE) for safety and effectiveness.
• Use small pneumatic tools for sanding, polishing, and cleaning parts.
• Work with our water-based buffing and polishing compounds to restore surfaces.
• Move parts efficiently between workstations while keeping organized.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring everything is documented and equipment is in good shape.
• Stay on your feet for 7-9 hours while working comfortably and efficiently.
• Handle lightweight, ergonomic tools designed for one-handed use.
• Use small polishing towels and detail sprays effectively.
• Wear a dust respirator, nitrile gloves, and eye protection as needed.
• Have keen eyesight to spot any defects under bright lights.
• Think critically and adapt as necessary during the polishing process.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout your shift.
