The Sourcing or Project Partnering team plays a central role at Malt and must be
able to perfectly understand the freelancers' jobs, as well as challenge the clients.
Your role will be to qualify our clientsβ needs and to identify the freelancers profiles
that match best. Our recruitment consultants specialize in job categories (IT, Digital,
Consulting...) and work on a portfolio of large account clients with Key Account
Managers in charge of account openings.
You will be in daily contact with Sales who will work with you on assignments, and
you will act as the point of contact for assignments, to manage complex requests
that clients cannot carry out independently.
Key responsibilities β¨
Find and contact freelancers thanks to to your expert knowledge of
the Malt algorithm and the associated Best Practices
Providing large accounts with freelancers as quickly as possible,
thanks to our algorithm. A knowledge in Vendor Management
System is a plus.
Participate in client meetings in the context of defining the needs
(accompanying the client in defining his needs for external support)
Prepare responses and creation of commercial proposals: exchange
with the freelancers and experts of the network, composition and
formatting of commercial proposals, support for project follow-up,
preparation of customer presentations
Participate in customer meetings with key accounts with the sales
team
Engage in cross-functional projects with other departments of the
company (Product/Tech, Marketing, HR)
About you π§βπ
Currently enrolled in a business school or similar and are looking for a
full-time 6 month internship from January 2026.
Sense of service and a taste for interacting with the freelancers in our
community
Ready for challenges and know how to transmit your energy thanks to your
enthusiasm and your proactivity
You speak native-level French and have a good level of English it's
essential to be able to communicate with an international team
