Requirements

• Proven experience in staffing for Indian market, preferably in IT
• Ability to understand technical profiles well enough to pre-screen candidates independently
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
• Proactive approach to growing and nurturing a talent pool
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under time pressure and deliver fast results
• Professional attitude when working with clients and internal teams
• A solution-oriented, hands-on mindset

Responsibilities

• Managing staffing for several roles in parallel
• Continuously growing and refreshing the talent pipeline
• Rapidly analyzing CVs and identifying suitable candidates without additional technical interviews
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the client
• Ensuring smooth and timely communication between candidates, the client, and internal stakeholders
• Tracking availability, demand, and workload across the stream
• Maintaining accurate staffing data and documentation
• Supporting internal mobility when suitable talent is available
• Preparing shortlists of candidates quickly and efficiently
