Accountabilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software applications, ensuring high quality and adherence to best practices.
• Design frameworks and abstractions that simplify engineering tasks and improve cross-team efficiency.
• Mentor senior engineers, provide guidance, and share expertise to elevate technical capabilities across teams.
• Drive architectural decisions, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to address complex challenges.
• Own critical projects and initiatives, managing execution, timelines, and effective communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, champion best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively integrating relevant advancements into the technology stack.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or a Master’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of delivering sophisticated software solutions in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in data structures, algorithms, software design principles, and web application development.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Hibernate, and Python/PySpark.
• Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, SQL) and version control systems (Git).
• Experience with OAuth2 and cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Desired: experience with Databricks, automation tools like WebDriver IO, and DevOps/CICD processes.
