Where: Hybrid: Our office hub location of Bengaluru – you will be required to be in office 1+ days per week in alignment with our office work policy.

How (to land the job!): The process typically begins with an introductory call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team, where we'll discuss your background, career aspirations, and what makes Spotnana a great fit for you. Then a live virtual interview with a panel of engineers and hiring managers.

The day-to-day:

Define and own parts of frontend architecture to deliver excellent user experiences
Architect efficient and reusable front-end components and flow that drive complex web and mobile applications
Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers
Communicate effectively with cross-team stakeholders and leadership
Produce highly reliable and performant code with appropriate monitoring and alerting
Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
Implement high-quality testable components, along with devtest frameworks as needed

Skills & qualities we value:

B. Tech/MS in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred
8+ years of experience in Javascript frameworks primarily React, Trpescript and React Native, including concepts like asynchronous programming, closures
HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility
Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance
