This role provides an opportunity to shape the future of asset movement infrastructure at scale. You will design and implement robust systems that simplify and accelerate the transfer of digital and fiat assets for institutional clients. You will collaborate with product, operational, and engineering teams to ensure seamless workflows and scalable solutions. Accountabilities

• Define and implement technical strategy for infrastructure platforms supporting digital and fiat asset movement.
• Architect core services and APIs that ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient transfers across chains and external providers.
• Lead cross-team projects to enhance system performance, observability, security, and developer experience.
• Collaborate with staff engineers, tech leads, product, and operations partners to drive organizational improvements.
• Foster a culture of technical leadership, transparency, and high engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers at all levels to improve system health and adopt best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Deep expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, high-performance systems.
• Strong experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and elevate technical excellence across teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions organization-wide.
• Experience building automation systems and improving operational efficiency.
• Familiarity using AI tools to enhance engineering workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
