  • Manage roadmap definition, execution cadence, risk, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure compliance, scalability, and cost transparency across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance for integration and operational adoption.
  • Qualifications
  • 10+ years of program management experience with a focus on contingent workforce programs.
  • Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass).
  • Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and supplier management.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
