As a Staff Professional Services Consultant, you will lead the technical onboarding and implementation for SentinelOne’s CNAPP product lines, securing customer workloads across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. You will serve as the primary SME for debugging complex environments including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Serverless architectures while integrating security directly into CI/CD pipelines. Beyond deployment, you will act as a strategic advisor, developing customized project plans and internal playbooks that align cloud security architecture with long-term business goals.

What will you do? 

  • Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory for SentinelOne cloud products and technologies.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and debugging Kubernetes / AWS Serverless / OpenShift deployments.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform, security automation techniques, and DevSecOps.
  • Consult with customers to build collaborative architecture, success criteria, and project plans for implementation customized to their business objectives.
  • Work with customers as a trusted advisor, helping guide them on ongoing security best practices, platform management, and product usage.
  • Represent and advocate for customer needs and issues cross-departmentally.
  • Continuously improve methodologies, deliverables, and processes to create an unparalleled Customer Experience.
  • Contribute to internal best practices and HOWTO documentation.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Cloud Platforms: Deep understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
  • Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Minikube) and managing Kubernetes clusters On-Prem and with Cloud Service Providers.
  • Endpoint Detection and Response: Experience with EDR/XDR tools.
  • Networking Concepts: Solid knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP) and cloud network architecture.
  • Automation and Scripting: Proficiency with automation tools or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
  • Database Management: Experience with SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
  • Cloud Administration: Proven experience managing cloud environments and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies from leading Cloud Service Providers.
  • Security Practices: Strong knowledge of security technologies, architecture, and operations, including threat handling, incident response, and SOC operations.
  • Customer-Centric: Possess a customer-centric approach with a strong desire and ability to work with customers in a technical capacity.
  • Field Services Experience: 7+ years in a field services role (professional services, pre-sales, support, etc.), preferably in a cybersecurity-related domain.
  • Industry Certifications: CompTIA, CKA, RHCSA, AWS Cloud, and Azure Cloud, demonstrating domain expertise in cloud technologies and endpoint solutions.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, SentinelOne AI SIEM, Exabeam, QRadar, etc.), security data ingestion pipelines, and SOAR.

Base Salary Range
$149,000$170,000 USD
