Staff Product Manager - UI Platform

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join SentinelOne’s Singularity Platform product team, to lead a unique and consistent experience for all our customers and partners.

This PM will have a direct impact on customers and lead cross-company initiatives, such as:

• Unified experience across all existing and future products
• Synced communications with customers across media
• And many more

The Singularity Platform team is responsible for the core capabilities of our SaaS offering and operations. We develop and maintain the main workflows in the platform that most users use daily to protect their environment.

This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Customers, Partners, and peers in Product Management. You will work with the Singularity Platform Engineering teams to bring new features and capabilities to market for use by our customers and partners and take a leading role in analyzing the data behind the usage, scale, and sales of our Platform to optimize how and what we build and sell. 

You will join our Global Product Team and work with multiple teams from Israel, the Czech Republic, US, and more.

What will You do? 

• Work with UX design and UX research team on designs validated by research to deliver the best user experience for our customers.
• Oversee the creation of service specific roadmaps, such as for tables and filtering components, ensuring they meet the immediate needs of the platform.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and streamline the intake process to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Organize and facilitate operational activities, including regular meetings, demo ceremonies, and other relevant team engagements.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to deliver high-quality features promptly.
• Lead and develop product analytics capabilities, including in-product A/B testing, workflow analytics, and consumption metrics to understand end-user and customer behaviors that enable product teams to make data-centric decisions for their roadmaps. 
• Lead and develop in-console guided walkthrough capability that enables product teams to promote targeted content throughout the console (ex, video walkthrough for new features).
• Lead and drive the SentinelOne developer experience, including core systems such as the delivery pipeline and standardized architecture. 

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of Product Management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations.
• Experience working with products with a heavy UX focus.
• Deep commitment to user experience and delight.
• A proven track record as a Platform PM who can collaborate with other PMs and multiple departments across the organization.
• An action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology.
• Proven ability to work effectively with local and remote teams in different time zones.
• Strong quantitative and business analysis skills.
• Previous experience with customer behavior dashboards - Advantage
• Previous experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Figma - Advantage
