We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to represent client and vertical needs to shape product strategy and influence our platform roadmap. In this role, you’ll translate client and vertical insights, competitive trends, and market signals into clear, validated problem statements that inform product direction.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Executive leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Provide vertical and client insights that inform multi-year strategy and investment themes
  • Synthesize client usage, market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback into actionable insights.
  • Own specific payment verticals, helping to define and deliver success of PayNearMe and our clients in the vertical
  • Lead discovery on new product features and capabilities to help drive growth within the defined vertical and across the organization
  • Partner with Product Managers to help align roadmaps across the core platform.
  • Engage with strategic clients to understand needs, validate opportunities, and influence direction.
  • Communicate product vision and priorities and how they connect to the product vision, across teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams to support strategic initiatives and market positioning.
  • While not responsible for delivery of the features contained within the roadmap, work with the GTM teams on positioning and pricing of new features based on market needs and trends.
  • Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including strategic or platform-level work.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in fintech, payments, bill pay, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to drive clarity, make strategic tradeoffs, and align teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and client insights.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving complex, cross-functional problems.

Salary Range: $185,000 - 235,000

In the event that an applicant is given a formal job offer, the Company collects background screening information prior to hiring, including results of the following types of background screening: criminal history; sex offender registration; motor vehicle records; credit history; employment history; drug testing; and educational history. The Company collects this Personal Information to screen for risks to the Company and its clients, and continued suitability for their jobs and to evaluate applicants for promotions.
