Staff Product Manager - Provider Growth

AI overview

Own the strategic vision for the provider journey, from initial engagement through successful onboarding, while balancing data analysis with innovative product solutions.

*Please note this role is available to candidates based in Spain, UK, Poland and Portugal*

A career at Booksy means you’re part of a global team focused on helping people around the world feel great about themselves, every day. From empowering entrepreneurs to build successful businesses, to supporting their customers to arrange 'me time' moments, we’re in the business of helping people thrive and feel fantastic.

Working in an ever-changing, scale-up where things are messy, and resources are limited isn't for everyone. If you thrive in a stable environment with big budgets, clear processes and structures then, if being honest, we’re probably not for you. However, if you love bringing order to chaos, inventively solving problems, and prioritizing your own path within ambiguity, then you're likely to love it here.

We are seeking a data-obsessed and innovation-focused Staff Product Manager for our Onboarding Team. This is a critical, high-impact role on the B2B side of our marketplace, overseeing the entire journey for self-service providers. You will own the strategic vision from the moment a provider clicks an ad to the moment they become a successful, active user, while ensuring a seamless handoff to paid conversion. You will balance deep metric analysis of marketing funnels with greenfield discovery to define the future of how users experience Booksy.

What you’ll do

    • Lead the PLG Strategy: Set the strategic direction for the end-to-end provider journey—from first click to paid subscriber. Orchestrate across teams to build a unified roadmap that balances growth velocity with monetization quality.
    • Define the User Logic: Identify the fundamental success logic for our providers. You don’t just build flows; you define the core business milestones a provider must reach to thrive, ensuring our product architecture reflects their real-world operations and marketplace psychology.
    • Master the End-to-End Funnel: You don’t just report on metrics; you own them. You will obsess over the funnel from Registration Started to Paid Conversion, digging into the data to solve conversion drops and identifying the input metrics required to fix them.
    • Bridge Marketing & Monetization: Act as the strategic lead between Performance Marketing (traffic quality) and Monetization squads (revenue), ensuring the aha moment you deliver leads naturally to a successful paid partnership.
    • Operational Leadership: Build the discovery frameworks and delivery playbooks that raise the bar for the entire product organization, ensuring a unified, high-velocity approach to growth across all squads.
    • Empower the Product Trio: Lead in a true Trio setup (Product, Engineering, Design), leveraging design for deep problem-solving and fostering a culture of technical curiosity and rapid experimentation.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

      • Proven experience at a Senior or Staff level in B2B SaaS or Marketplaces, specifically focused on growth, onboarding, or activation.
      • Ability to translate high-level ambiguity into clear, structural roadmaps. You can see the "big picture" across multiple squads and departments.
      • You are fully capable of slicing your own data to validate hypotheses without waiting for analyst support.
      • Skilled at aligning stakeholders and peers across Marketing, Sales, and Product without relying on direct authority.
      • A curiosity-first approach to AI, eager to explore how tools like LLMs can optimize provider workflows and accelerate success.
      • Exceptional English skills, with the ability to weave conflicting stakeholder needs into a single, cohesive product narrative.

Benefits

    • The opportunity to be part of something big - the world’s fastest growing beauty marketplace.
    • Flexible working hours and opportunity to work remotely within your country.
    • Work in a welcoming team which is always ready to help.
    • Opportunity to develop in an international environment - we have teams in 6 countries.
    • Additional benefits that might differ depending on the location.
