Staff Java Backend Developer

What are we looking for?

• 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java backend;
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-team collaboration;
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior engineers, promoting engineering best practices;
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns;
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and TDD (Shift-Left);
• Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience with Spring Boot and other relevant backend frameworks;
• Experience with Terraform;
• Knowledge of Kafka;
• Experience with Kubernetes;
• Experience with GraphQL Federation;
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud.
