Staff Engineer - UI/UX

Enhance user experience through UI/UX development while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality implementation of requirements.

Primary role:

Odessa’s Platform Team is looking for a developer who has technical expertise and business logic to enhance User experience of the core app and portals. As a senior developer in the organization, you will be responsible for coding and team code reviews, as well as participation in UX architecture, design, and all critical aspects of the SDLC. The senior developer should have good knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and jQuery and is comfortable fostering a team-oriented environment, providing technical oversight to junior team members.

What you'll do:

Primarily work on UI/UX development
Work the UI of the portals.
Ensure the requirements are implemented with high quality
Collaborate with other team members and other stakeholders like BA/QA/Clients.

Basic qualifications:

4-8 years of experience in developing web or front end applications
Strong proficiency in HTML5,
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, SASS, and CSS3
Good to have knowledge in C#, Bootstrap & SQL Server (C# is mandatory for TL)

Preferred qualifications:
