This isn't maintenance; it's a greenfield architectural challenge to create a scalable, high-performance reporting engine powered by elegant, reusable visualization components. What You'll Be Doing: The Core Impact

• Hands-On System Leadership: You won't just delegate—you'll be in the code, actively writing, optimizing, and reviewing mission-critical code using React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Drive performance and maintainability through continuous, deep engagement with the codebase.
• Architectural Vision & Ownership: Define and own the entire technical vision for the Enterprise Reporting system. Lead the design and execution of intuitive, scalable UI architectures capable of managing immense data complexity and delivering a "single pane of glass" experience.
• Frontend Mastery & Quality Champion: Design and build sophisticated, reusable abstractions and an integrated data layer between the UI and backend. Set the highest standard for quality by implementing robust, sophisticated testing strategies using React Testing Library, Jest, and Cypress.
• Technical Elevation & Mentorship: Act as a force multiplier for the entire engineering organization. Elevate the coding standards, practices, and technical rigor of the team through meticulous code reviews, pair programming, and hands-on mentorship.

We are looking for a highly experienced engineer ready to translate strategic goals into elegant, production-ready code while leading technical strategy and roadmaps.

Core Expertise

• Engineering Decathlete (7+ Years): 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of architecting, building, and scaling large-scale frontend applications in a collaborative environment.
• Deep Code Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React. You write code that is not just functional, but a standard for readability, maintainability, and performance. You possess an unquenchable curiosity to master the technologies you work with.
• Strategic Architecture: Proven history of deep investment in code architecture and successfully driving multi-year technical roadmaps on established, complex codebases. You excel at creating generic, highly reusable components and scalable module systems.

Leadership & Execution

• Strategic Execution: Exceptional ability to own and drive large, cross-functional projects—from initial planning and technical specification through development, launch, and post-production monitoring.
• Communication and Influence: The ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs (e.g., performance vs. complexity) to product managers, designers, and non-technical stakeholders. Experience collaborating intimately with design partners (e.g., leveraging Figma).
• Ownership Mindset: You embrace full, end-to-end ownership of your systems. You leverage modern tools (including AI helpers) to maximize efficiency, while maintaining a rigorous, uncompromising standard for code quality and accuracy.
• Quality Champion: A passion for pixel-perfect design implementation and a commitment to rigorous quality control through automated testing, manual exploration, and elevated code review practices.
