Design and deliver mixed-signal electronics for the world's largest commercial SAR constellation, influencing long-term hardware strategies and engineering best practices.
ICEYE designs, builds & operates the world’s largest commercial SAR constellation — and our electronics are the heartbeat of every satellite we launch. As a Staff Electronics Engineer, you’ll not only design and deliver the mixed-signal electronics that power our missions, but also set the technical agenda for how ICEYE engineers spacecraft hardware.
You’ll own critical systems end-to-end, shape our long-term hardware strategy, and drive adoption of best practices across teams. Your influence will extend beyond individual boards or subsystems — helping architect solutions that meet today’s demands and smartly scale for the future.
If you’re ready to push technical boundaries, guide the company’s thinking, and make ICEYE a place that cultivates world-class engineering talent, this role is for you.

We live by eight leadership behaviours—Make Impossible Possible, Take Bold Actions, Own It, Know the Details, Act as One, Be Nice, Have Fun, See the Big Picture—which shape how we work, mentor, and inspire others.
As a Staff Engineer, you’ll embody these values while driving technical innovation, building a culture of feedback, and shaping ICEYE’s engineering future.
