POSITION SUMMARY

Join us in a high-impact role to drive growth at EarnIn. This function plays a critical role in how we use analytics to inform our business & product priorities, drive data-backed experiments, deliver value across the consumer lifecycle, and measure performance to optimize future decisions. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to establish end-to-end measurement & reporting, implement rigorous testing methodologies, and drive strategic analyses.

This position will ideally be hybrid, based in our Bengaluru office (HSR Layout), as part of our expanding site. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive strategic analyses that identify key opportunities to improve the core product experience for EarnIn’s customers
Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to design and run experiments
Upgrade EarnIn’s experimentation stack by implementing tools such as Sequential Testing, Bayesian testing, and CUPED
Partner with the Machine Learning Engineering team to design and build models that form the core of EarnIn’s core product
Monitor & proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across the key business metrics & drive resolution of these issues

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

7+ years of experience in product analytics/data science in a B2C role
Product sense and intuition to drive impact on the business and customer experience
Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments.
Expert skillset in SQL and experience with Python or R
Practical knowledge of state-of-the-art experimentation tools such as Sequential Testing, Champion/Challenger, CUPED, etc.
Practical knowledge of machine learning techniques
Ability to extract insights from large data sets & seamlessly translate into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey
Ability to establish and maintain excellent processes while allowing for creative thinking and flexibility in ambiguous situations
Curiosity and passion for deeply understanding analytical problems and translating this to stakeholders
Experience in Fintech is a bonus
