RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Plan and conduct primary user research (e.g., interviews, usability tests, Card Sorting, Contextual enquiries, Field research) and facilitate workshops with patients, clinicians, and stakeholders to uncover needs and align on solutions.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize healthcare solutions.
  • Apply working knowledge of JavaScript and front-end principles to ensure design feasibility and collaborate effectively with development teams.
  • Translate complex healthcare requirements and user research into simple, intuitive, and compliant user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and clinical stakeholders to align design with business goals and healthcare workflows.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iteratively refine designs.
  • Create and maintain design specifications, documentation, and contribute to the design system.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to healthcare compliance standards and accessibility best practices.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design or a related field.
