We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Analog IC Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing test programs for analog integrated circuits on Teradyne UltraFlex test platforms.
This role focuses on New Product Introduction (NPI), ensuring all transistors and circuits on production chips meet design specifications and functionality. The candidate should have a strong background in test program development, DIB/loadboard hardware design, and analog circuit testing.
