The Role
We’re looking for a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This role blends core accounting responsibilities with strong Accounts Payable and bookkeeping support.

You’ll help manage day-to-day accounting operations, support the monthly close process, ensure AP workflows run smoothly, and assist with audits and tax-related processes — all while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys both structured accounting work and operational execution.

What You’ll Do

Accounting

Maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts.
Prepare journal entries and support the monthly close process.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Support financial statement preparations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
Support external audits and tax-related requests.
Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and cross-functional teams.

Accounts Payable & Accounting Operations

Receive, review, and record invoices using platforms such as Bill-com Beanworks, QuickBooks, and similar systems.
Track invoice approvals and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
Reconcile invoices with accounting records, and assist with AP reporting.
Communicate with vendors regarding missing documentation, invoice discrepancies, and payment status.
Coordinate with internal teams on AP-related requests.
Maintain organized documentation dor accounts payable, treasury, and audit support.

What We’re Looking For

MUST! Fluent English communication (written and spoken) - This position is 100% in English
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years in accounting, with hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and general ledger processes.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP (IFRS is a plus).
Systems: Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Quickbooks.
Tools: Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Profile: Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, proactive, and clear communicator
