We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing Accounting and Finance team. You’ll play a key role in supporting our monthly close process, maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day A/P and A/R activities, and helping to build scalable processes as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in accounting who is excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and grow their career.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile key Balance Sheet accounts, and assist in the month-end close process
• Manage accounts payable, including processing vendor invoices, coding expenses, ensuring timely payments, and resolving discrepancies
• Oversee accounts receivable by generating customer invoices, tracking collections, and following up on outstanding balances
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for internal stakeholders
• Support the development and documentation of accounting policies, processes, and internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate accounting for key business activities
• Help support the annual audit process, including preparing schedules and documentation
• Participate in ad hoc projects and analysis to support the broader finance organization
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Who You Are

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting (public accounting or industry experience welcome)
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting principles
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoy solving problems
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Flexible and thrive in fast-changing, dynamic environments
• Enjoy building processes and improving how things are done

Desired but not required:

• Experience with NetSuite, Bill.com, or other accounting/ERP systems
• Exposure to high-growth startups, SaaS, or manufacturing environments
• CPA or working toward CPA certification
