Staff Accountant (Junior)
Position Objective:
Reporting to the Senior Staff Account, the incumbent will be responsible for general accounting and reporting functions. He/She will be instrumental in ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining complete and accurate accounting records. Position requires fluency in English and will interact with Kaseya’s teams in diverse geographical locations.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
Professional certificate (or equivalent) in Accounting and 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting / finance operations
- Bank reconciliation
- Assist in compliance with all statutory reporting deadlines
- Support HQ on ad-hoc assignments
- Prepare monthly finance reports to holding co. / management team at HQ
- Perform and assist with the monthly, quarterly and year-end process and daily operations of the sub-ledger accounting department.
- Prepare journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations including, but not limited to, prepaid, intangibles, goodwill, fixed assets, CIP and project accounting.
- Prepare and complete for both internal and external reporting schedules as well as work with external auditors to address issues as needed.
