Responsibilities
General Bookkeeping
Accounts Receivables
Taxes
Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year end close procedures
Assisting with external/internal audits
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Bank Reconciliation
Utilizing ERP system software
General accounting and administrative duties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 5 years work experience in accounting, preferably with an understanding of construction accounting/work in progress
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
