About The Job : 

Join our retail team as a Full-Time Personal Stylist at our boutique in the heart of the Old Port! Our SSENSE Montreal boutique spans five floors, offering a curated selection of high-end products, combining iconic brands with emerging designers. Join our team of 60 passionate individuals and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The Personal Stylist will provide each customer with a personalized shopping experience using our appointment based concept. Acting as trusted advisors both in-store and online, Personal Stylists deliver best-in-class customer experience through their willingness and excitement to engage with clients, contribute to team culture, and foster creative exploration of the SSENSE space and product catalogue. 

What You Will Do:

• Create and execute personalised and unique styling experiences through providing exceptional customer interactions.
• Cultivate genuine and loyal client relationships through client database management and engagement before, during and following client visits.
• Achieve appointment-model sales targets, KPIs and sell through for all in-store activations by ensuring excellent level of customer experience in line with SSENSE Montreal brand strategy. 
• Ensure the point of sale  experience is accurate and efficient, leveraging SSENSE Systems and technology as necessary.
• Act as a positive brand ambassador; develop and continuously elevate your quality of styling through product knowledge, adaptable styling, and seamless execution.

• A minimum of 2 years experience operating as a Personal Stylist.
• Excellent knowledge of the labels carried by SSENSE including creative direction, history, and technical garment information.
• Experience with operating a POS system.
• Ability to lift heavy boxes (15kg).
• Proven experience establishing trusting relationships and maintaining clientele.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French & English. French is required to offer a high quality service to our Quebec customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Web and computer-savviness.
• Flexibility in regards to the schedule to follow the business needs.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills.
