Sr.Product Designer - Remote

Lucidya is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead our design initiatives and drive innovation across our products. As a senior member of the team, you will play a strategic role in shaping user experiences, optimizing business impact, and fostering a design-driven culture. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and achieve business KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to high-fidelity design and implementation.
• Develop creative and strategic design solutions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure design decisions drive measurable outcomes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Develop and refine design systems and guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
• Design scalable and intuitive user experiences for complex applications.
• Leverage data visualization and interaction design principles to create engaging dashboards and analytics tools.
• Innovate and experiment with new ideas, tools, and technologies to enhance product usability.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation within the design team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design, focusing on cross-platform web and mobile applications.
• Proven track record of creative problem-solving and delivering innovative design solutions.
• Experience in setting and achieving design KPIs, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and retention.
• Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• A portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in UX/UI, creative problem-solving, and measurable impact.
