Consumable Onboarding 팀은 특히 소비재 상품의 온보딩 프로세스를 표준화하고, 자동화 및 효율화를 통해 고객 경험을 극대화하는 데 집중합니다.
데이터 기반의 운영 전략과 프로세스 개선을 통해 Defect를 사전에 감지하고, 빠르게 대응함으로써 조직의 품질과 속도를 동시에 향상시키는 역할을 수행합니다.
