REQUIREMENTS:
- Total 5+ years of strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling and hiring.
- Strong working experience in end to end recruitment of Embedded positions.
- Experience in sourcing profiles from different sources viz portals, social media, networking etc.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools for managing candidate pipelines and job applications
- Handling middle level and senior level requirements in all verticals.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Excellent communication and -interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to offer negotiation.
- Utilize multiple sourcing methods including job portals, professional networks, social platforms, and referrals to find qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, determine job requirements, and create tailored recruitment strategies for each position.
- Write clear and compelling job descriptions and design structured interview processes, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track candidate information through our ATS.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates regarding job requirements, expectations, interview scheduling, and feedback.
- Manage job postings on relevant platforms and ensure they are attracting the right candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and submit regular reports on recruitment progress, including candidate pipeline, offers, and hiring metrics.
