SRE Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the Windows Operating System and its features such as Windows Services, Active Directory, File shares, Microsoft IIS, Linux operating Systems, Azure Cloud
• Knowledge Scripting such as Bash, Powershell (mandatory) and Python (is a plus)
• Manage and Implement Cloud Infrastructure & Monitoring
• Manage and build Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible
• Knowledge Kubernetes, Docker, containers
• Elastic stack knowledge and experience is a plus
• Manage and implement pipelines in CI/CD technologies (Jenkins, DevOps)
• Build and improve automations scripts and systems to monitoring and manage platform infrastructure and applications
• Improve reliability, quality of our suite of software solutions
• Measure and optimize system performance
• Provide operational support and manage incidents and service requests
• Troubleshooting

Skills & Knowledge:

• English (written and spoken) mandatory
• Spanish (written and spoken) nice to have
• Ability to work with a team and by objectives
• Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• At least 3 years of experience as SRE / DevOps

Home Office Policy: 3 days per week at the office, in Lisbon

This position demands availability to work on weekly shifts to fulfill 16x5 service requirements.
Since we work with different international time zones you need to be available to work on shifts - (Until 1 a.m. one week per Month).
