Sr. VIP Relationship Manager, US

About the Opportunity
What You'll Be Doing
- Primary goal: maximize revenue in the region through onboarding and retention of VIP clients
- Formulate an AUM strategy and revenue optimization based on the product offering of OKX in the US
- Work closely with the local executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company
- Lead our partnership work in the US through identifying the right partners to work with plus executing any partnership negotiations
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients in the US ensuring positive customer experience
- Build long lasting client relationships to obtain referrals and new sales channels - origination of new prospective clients
- Proactive account management, work with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks - frozen accounts, EDD etc.
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring customers are fully aware of the OKX value proposition.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent years of experience)
- Fluency in English
- Proven experience in VIP business development within the crypto, private banking, finance or trading industry
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
- In-depth understanding of financial market dynamics and regulations in the US region

The salary range for this position is $178,000 - $214,000

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
