Sr. UX Designer ATL-based

Design user experiences for innovative customer-facing digital products that will impact millions through structural and systems thinking on major transformation initiatives.

You will play a critical role in designing user experiences for our digital customer-facing products as the company undergoes major transformation initiatives in 2026. This role focuses on consumer-facing app and web experiences, working on either the Menu Transformation team or the Membership Program Evolution team.

The company is embarking on two major priorities: (1) rebuilding the menu database system from the ground up to enable innovation like voice ordering, autonomous delivery, and expanded menu variety, and (2) evolving the membership program to provide more exclusivity, access, and value beyond the current earn-and-burn model.

Your Focus

This role leans more toward UX and structural thinking rather than pure visual design. You'll be solving problems like: How should the menu system structurally work? What does a nutrition-forward digital menu experience even mean? How do we create better member exclusivity and access?

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that communicate structural solutions
  • Participate in design critiques and present work to stakeholders
  • Contribute to design system and maintain consistency across digital products
  • Balance business goals with user needs in design decisions

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong UX fundamentals in information architecture and interaction design
  • Ability to translate research insights into design solutions

  • Experience working in agile environments

Working Style:

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and unclear requirements
  • Self-directed and able to work independently
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
  • Ability to balance user needs with business objectives

Current Team Context

  • You'll work on either the Menu Transformation or Membership Program Evolution initiatives
  • The team includes designers, researchers, strategists, product managers, and engineers

Key Success Factors

  • Strong structural and systems thinking
  • Ability to work on problems that don't have obvious solutions
  • Comfort with ambiguity and figuring things out
  • Collaborative approach to working with researchers and strategists
  • Focus on "how it works" before "how it looks"

Professional Growth Opportunity

  • Work on transformation initiatives that will impact millions of customers
