We are looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Track deployment schedules and prepare agendas for review meetings. 
  • Facilitate deployment review meetings, capture notes, and action items. 
  • Manage the calendar for all reviewers and facilitators, including holiday planning. 
  • Provide feedback for process improvements and track incidents related to deployments. 
  • Serve as the point of contact for queries from services in coordination with program leads. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive delivery plans by prioritizing deliverables, managing risks, and reporting status. 
  • Identify and manage all dependencies across features and evaluate requirements to develop achievable execution plans. 
  • Apply data-driven insights to develop KPIs, measure program effectiveness, and communicate with decision-makers. 
  • Communicate goals with team members to motivate them to execute on time and at a high-quality level. 
  • Identify product and process opportunities, drive improvements, and ensure adoption of improved support experiences. 
  • Create and maintain process and procedure documentation and manage adherence to Azure DevOps (ADO) processes. 

Qualifications: 

  • Years of Experience Required: 8-10 years of cumulative experience in the field. 
  • Degrees or Certifications Required: BA/BS in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent. 
  • Skills and Attributes: Strong collaborative abilities, effective communication skills, proactive mindset, flexibility, commitment to deadlines, and maintaining work quality. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience on engineering programs from inception to implementation. 
  • Action-oriented self-starter with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects. 
  • Experience in security or privacy compliance management and working in an Azure Cloud environment. 

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $122,000 to $140,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
