About The Company:
TLDR: Series B, $91M raised, 7x growth last year.
Digital Transformation gave rise to a $600B consulting Industry. AI Transformation will be 10x bigger and will be delivered through agents. They built that.
Klarity's AI discovers how work actually happens across every team and application, Structures it into a living Context Graph, and improves it continuously.
ServiceNow mapped 900+ processes in 9 days. DoorDash captured 3,800+ finance operations in 14 weeks. That's not a project. That's compounding intelligence.
OpenAI, Google, DoorDash, and Stripe use Klarity to transform how they transform. Klarity shipped GPT-4 document chat within 12 hours of OpenAI's API launch.
They move fast, reward agency, and care deeply about their customers, their team, and their mission.
About the role
They're looking for an Sr / Staff AI Product Designer who sits at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering, a designer first, with the technical skills and AI tools to bring designs to life in production code. You'll define and build the look and feel of AI-native workflows, making complex enterprise tools feel as intuitive as the best consumer apps.
They care about your design portfolio, systems thinking, and track record of shipping, not your degree.
Who you are
Designer first, engineer by growth: A product designer with a strong visual and interaction foundation. You've designed complex software products and learned to code — or are learning — because you want to ship your designs without waiting on a backlog.
Expert in design tools and systems thinking: Figma, design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns are second nature. You think in systems — understanding how individual components combine into cohesive experiences at scale.
AI-native designer who builds in code: You use AI coding assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Replit etc to rapidly translate concepts into working, near-production-grade prototypes. You obsess over micro-interactions, transitions, spacing, color, and accessibility.
Shipped AI-native features to production: You understand the unique challenges of building with LLMs — designing for non-determinism, creating delightful experiences around unpredictable outputs, and innovating UX patterns that make cutting-edge AI feel intuitive.
User-centered, outcome-driven: You ground design decisions in research and real feedback, own the end-to-end experience from sketch to ship, and advocate for users while balancing business and technical constraints.
Key responsibilities
Own the primary user-facing features - Define the visual language, interaction patterns, and user flows for core product features, then ship them to production. You own the experience from concept to launch.
Build and evolve the design system - Design reusable component libraries that work both in Figma and in code. Establish patterns for layouts, interactions, and visual hierarchy that the team can leverage. Ensure consistency across the platform while maintaining flexibility for innovation.
Bridge AI capabilities with intuitive experiences - Partner with product and engineers to understand what AI can do, then design interfaces that make complex capabilities feel simple. You translate technical possibilities into delightful user experiences.
