Proven track record in leading high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and partnering with customers to deliver successful, fast-paced software transformations. What You'll Do:
Lead professional services projects for global enterprises, acting as the Solution Manager and design authority to ensure continuity across platform functions and solution architects.
Own the overall implementation design, promoting industry and technology best practices while driving key decisions, project artifacts, and progress.
Partner with Engagement Managers and project managers to provide design leadership, accountability, and a strong customer success presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, guiding discussions toward strategic business needs rather than basic features.
Develop, coach, and mentor consulting talent, continuously deepening Coupa and source-to-pay expertise across the full lifecycle.

Proven experience managing professional services teams or leading consulting projects, with 7+ years in a consultative, project-oriented environment.
Strong background in Coupa products and source-to-pay, with prior senior consulting experience in competing platforms (e.g., Ariba, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP).
Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a strong team-first mindset and focus on customer success.
Solid understanding of project management principles supporting software implementations and business transformations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, including simplifying complex business challenges, applying decision frameworks, and guiding teams to effective solutions.
Excellent client management, communication, and facilitation skills, including delivering software demonstrations, building workshop plans, and leading workshops to successful outcomes.
