Sr. Software Programmer MUST HAVE TS/SCI CI Poly - ONSITE

Job Description:

Tesla Laboratories Inc. is seeking a highly skilled individual with an active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph to join our team.

The Senior Software Programmer

  • Qualifications are to include a thorough knowledge and background working with IBM Watson, IBM Enterprise Name Search, Java Fusion Charts, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle ce11ifications.
  • Implementing Natural Language Processing data mining using SpaCy, Flask, Gunicorn against structure and unstructured data to extract named entities (NED) for operations
  • Implementing geospatial (vector tiles and geocoding) solution using geonames, Geoserver, OpenLayers, Postgres, and Postgis to display vector maps (MVT) in a geofenced secure manner using Open Street Map data. Looking at Postgres and Postgis with Crunchy Data’s pg_tilerserv and pg_featureserv using ST_AsMVT.
  • Implemented geocoder base on OpenStreet Map data and Nominatum to perform forward and reverse geocoding.
  • Implemented Mapnik and Mod_Tile module in Apache2 to perform as slippery map tile for lat and long in WGS84 meractor.
  • Migrating client’s archives to S3 compliant data storage (Minio) for better security and future cloud migration capabilities.
  • Looking at opencv computer vision (CV) with tesseract to extract information from unstructured and scanned documents
  • Implemented geocoder based on OpenStreet Map data and Nominatum to perform forward and reverse geocoding.
  • Managed the clients’ data center IT infrastructure including all hardware and software for current and future operations, development, and deployment in a cost effective, independent, and creative manner. Time spent switching between multiple concerns ( hw/sw, infrastructure virtualization, networking, database, server, etc) and fires
