WE ARE HIRING: WE ARE HIRING:  Sr. Social Media Manager Requirements +5 years of experience working in Digital Agencies preferably managing different sectors (Entertainment & Consumo) Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related fields. Experience developing Social Media strategies Social Media Domain (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or others) Management of measurement tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuit, Sprinklr, or others) Client management Goal oriented Lidership Advanced English (C1) is a must Intermediate Spanish is a plus Activities  Investigate and create quality content for the clients according to their Social Media. Create communication's strategies, digital materials and copys Resolve the clients doubts regarding their needs in Social Media Monitor Social Media accounts to define actions Define the strategy according to needs of the client Investigate hearings and Social Media opportunities to position the brand. Measure the strategies through statistics Create monthly reports Create graphic elements that support the communication of each brand Skills - Analysis capacity - Teamwork - Creativity - Service attitude - Proactivity - Good spelling and writing - Experience in customer service, service oriented and problem solving
