We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Specialist to drive data integrity, reporting accuracy, and performance tracking across our revenue functions. This role will support acquisition, retention, and pipeline growth through actionable insights and close collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & Reporting
Ensure accuracy and consistency in internal data and reporting systems
Maintain renewable customer base records and track product retention
Monitor and report on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) metrics
Analyze trends to support strategic decision-making
Manage revenue treatment within existing customer base
Track sales bookings and support revenue forecasting
Acquisition & Revenue Enablement Support
Partner with acquisition teams to support bookings and customer conversion
Provide insights and tools for revenue enablement efforts
Track KPIs such as ramp-up time and conversion rates
Pipeline & Marketing Partnership
Analyze sales pipeline sources and distribution
Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead flow and pipeline health
Identify and report on trends across business units, teams, and individual representatives
Cross-functional Liaison
Serve as a key point of contact between Product and Operations
Identify new sources of internal insights and improve data accessibility (e.g., integrate Gong data into Snowflake for analysis)
Qualifications:
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analytics, or data management
Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
Proficiency in handling and interpreting structured data
Experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake (preferred)
Strong reporting and visualization skills, ideally with Tableau
Familiarity with applying AI for big data analytics is a plus
