Our GTM Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building the ultimate Go-to-Market engine to connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. As a GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate in the Integrated Planning Operations team, you will be responsible for driving Sales Planning for both our SaaS lines of business, aiming to efficiently and effectively execute our Planning Workstreams. This position will initially be focused on Territory Planning and adjacent improvement projects, but is expected to increase scope as the employee ramps to encompass other sections of Sales Planning.
This role requires both a strong organizational skillset in order to effectively manage multiple workstreams and projects at once, and excellent interpersonal abilities to drive buy-in and action from our colleagues. This individual needs to be comfortable working with ambiguity and different points of view in a large setting of stakeholders.
As an ancillary function, this individual will also be expected to support ad hoc project/program management needs within the LSS Sales Operations organization.
Responsibilities
Lead our annual Sales Territory Planning workstream, from start to finish, covering Roster Management, Book Building, Manager Reviews and Book Uploads
Frequently lead high-impact meetings with stakeholders to drive forward Sales Planning activities
Provide timely updates to CGTM Ops leadership on progress of Sales Planning
Run recurrent Post-Mortems on Planning activities to improve our processes
Establish strong working relationships with peers in other GTM Strategy & Operations teams and cross-functional partners (sales leadership, product, finance, T&A, and R&D teams) to achieve objectives
Help optimize and scale processes with automation in partnership with our cross-functional partners in technical teams
Perform data analysis and share insights by leveraging tools like SQL, Power Platform and D365
Act like an owner when required to drive other assignments on Sales Planning and adjacent projects
Contribute to the culture of the team by taking on projects to drive engagement and motivation within it
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related practical experience
4+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, finance, management consulting, or an analytical/operational role
4+ years of experience with Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in communicating effectively and presenting to Senior Executives
Experience in running Sales Operations activities
Project Management experience
Experience in working with SQL and Power Platforms
