  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical senior sales leadership roles within the Senior Living industry
  • Execute proactive headhunting strategies targeting passive senior-level commercial talent
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with Sales Directors and senior revenue leaders across the Senior Living space
  • Attend U.S.-based Senior Living conferences and industry networking events to build strategic talent pipelines
  • Conduct deep candidate assessments focused on:

    • Cultural and executive alignment with client organizations
  • Partner directly with senior stakeholders to define ideal candidate profiles and hiring strategies

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong focus on executive or commercial recruiting
  • Proven experience recruiting senior-level sales or revenue leadership roles
  • Prior experience recruiting within Senior Living, Healthcare, Hospitality, or related service-driven industries is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Sales quotas
    • Revenue targets
    • Sales KPIs and performance metrics
    • Compensation structures (base + commission, OTE, incentives)
  • Experience with proactive sourcing, executive headhunting, and relationship-based recruiting
  • Advanced to near-native English (written and verbal)
  • Valid U.S. visa and ability to travel to the United States for conferences and industry events
