Sr. Sales Development Representative (Remote, Night Shift)

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our team. This senior role plays a key part in boosting our lead generation by securing high-quality, well-qualified appointments that drive conversions and revenue. Your responsibilities include: 

• Make outbound calls to secure quality appointments 
• Deliver confident, persuasive conversations with excellent objection handling 
• Meet and exceed conversion targets 
• Keep CRM data clean, complete, and updated 
• Analyze trends, raise insights, and improve the lead funnel 

Requirements

• 3–5 years of lead generation or sales experience 
• Minimum 1 year of B2B experience 
• Strong and consistent conversion history 
• Excellent spoken English – clear, engaging, and mature 
• Skilled in handling different prospect types 
• Highly organized and fast in adapting approaches
